Refund & Return Policy

All our products are made on demand, which means we print each item after you place your order. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product.

If you have an issue, email support@thehustlesupply.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the defect or wrong item

Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement at no extra cost. Refunds are only granted if a replacement cannot be processed.

Order Processing & Shipping

Because we use Print-on-Demand, processing time is 2–5 business days before shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (USA)

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note: Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues. We are not responsible for customs fees or lost packages once shipped.
